Use of the site
Eligibility
By accessing or using jaiclubwin.in.net (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and are accessing the Site from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful. Residents of states or territories where the activity offered on this Site is prohibited by local law must not access or use the Site. Jai Club reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to terminate access where verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction.
Permitted use
You may access and use the Site solely for its intended purpose and in strict accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems, introduce malware, spyware, or other harmful code, or scrape or harvest data without prior written consent from Jai Club. Account responsibilities
This Site does not require account registration and holds no user funds or balances. The rules in this section govern your use of this informational website only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems. Jai Club (this website) reserves the right to restrict access where a material breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected, without prior notice and without liability to you. Provisions regarding accounts, multiple registrations, identity documents, and balance forfeitures apply to the Jai Club gaming platform itself, not to this independent review site.
Intellectual property
Ownership

Limited licence
Jai Club grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any breach of this licence terminates it immediately and without notice.
Trade marks
The name "Jai Club", its logo, and all related marks and service names are trade marks of Jai Club. You may not use, display, or reproduce these marks in any form, including in meta tags, search advertising, or social media handles, without prior written permission. Unauthorised use may constitute infringement under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and expose you to civil and criminal liability. All third-party trade marks, product names, and brand references on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.
